We specialize in traditional Neapolitan wood-fired pizza, crafted by a certified chef trained in Italy. Our pizzas take diners on a journey back to their origins, with the first references to Neapolitan pizza dating between 1715 and 1725. The unique quality of Neapolitan pizza lies in its dough, made from soft, elastic bread dough with no fat. Hand-stretched into a disc without touching the edges, the crust forms the characteristic 1-2 cm "cornicioni" during baking, while the center remains thin, about 3 mm thick. A quick pass through a very hot oven leaves the pizza soft, moist, and perfectly cooked.
